Our Rates

We charge a fixed tenant find fee of £495. There is no fee payable if we don't find you a tenant and there are no hidden fees.

We don't offer managed services or rent collection and are purely a tenant finder service,  leaving you in full control of your tenancy.

We collect the security deposit and pass it directly to the Landlord who must ensure that the deposit is protected in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme within the required 30-day period from the start date of the tenancy, Serving the tenant with the  prescribed information in accordance with the Housing Act 2004 (as amended).
